Terms and Conditions

OracleErpGuide.com and any of its subdomains (including www.OracleErpGuide.com and portal.OracleErpGuide.com) and subsidiaries are collectively referred to as “OEG”

By continuing to use this website or by registering as a user on this website or by purchasing any product / subscription from OEG, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Training Courses

  • OEG will provide access to subscriptions which can be streamed on the platform of OEG. Downloading of videos is not permitted. Any reproduction of the videos or any learning content including but not restricted to screen recording is strictly prohibited
  • Every subscription is intended only for the person purchasing the said subscription. Access, by any person other than the purchaser, to any videos / live trainings / instance or any other material is not allowed.
  • For any certification exam material provided, there is no guarantee of passing the exam. The outcome of the result depends solely on the person attempting the exam.
  • The correctness of the mock certification MCQs is not verified and OEG is not responsible for the same.
  • Training courses include doubt clarification support. This support is only limited to the topics and flows covered in the training, to the extent covered in the training. Any other support will be separately chargeable. In rare cases, it may not be possible to pinpoint / troubleshoot the issue even if it is covered in the training.

Fusion Instance

  • This provides Functional Access to the Fusion Cloud Instance. It can be used for Financials, Supply Chain, Human Capital etc…
  • It does not include SQL access to the Oracle Database.
  • Instance will be down for approx 1 or 2 days in a week for Oracle Maintenance.
  • Oracle may periodically (Weekly or otherwise) refresh and restore to fresh clone. Schedules for maintenance and refresh are NOT announced by Oracle. It is done without notifying the members.
  • In case instance is down or slow for more than 2 days in a week, such excess downtime will be added free to your subscription towards the end.
  • Sometimes Instance can become slow due to some processes running or load on server. In such case, you can wait for some time and try again.
  • It may take up to 24 hours after order and payment confirmation to share instance credentials.
  • You may use the Instance for Self Study and NOT for conducting Trainings.
  • The Instance is only for Self Study and NOT for Business Critical work.
  • Do not share Credentials with any other people.
  • You may Create Users, Assign Roles and Create Implementation Projects as you need for your testing. Please avoid creating too many implementation projects and users.
  • Access to Instance does not grant ownership licenses to the instance. You are allowed to use/setup/configure the instance on rental / rent / subscription.
  • A Vision or Test Instance will be provided as per availability.
  • The Instances are owned, deployed and maintained by Oracle Corp on their server (cloud)
  • OEG does not have any control over the schedule or frequency of refresh / speed of the instance

  • The credentials are intended only for 1 person per subscription, sharing of fusion instance credentials to any person other than the person who has purchased the subscription is strictly prohibited.

Refund and Cancellation

  • No refund is eligible on physical books once the order is placed.
  • Performance related details for fusion instance are clearly mentioned before purchase. A refund request cannot be made for any performance issues which are already clarified before the purchase.
  • If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong product, you can contact us (Email: Sales@OracleErpGuide.com) within 3 days of your purchase, we will happily transfer the payment made, from one product to another (if a product is already shipped, the transfer option will not be available even if the request is made within 3 days).
  • Fusion instance subscription will renew automatically until cancelled. Recurring subscription can be cancelled at any time (this does not affect your current subscription, the current subscription will work perfectly fine. The cancellation will disable the auto-renewal)
  • If, for the fusion instance, an automatic payment is succeeded, which you did not want to complete, you can request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of the automatic charge and we will happily refund the 100% amount.
    • As mentioned above, all refunds are processed successfully without any hassle, in the most frictionless manner. If, instead of requesting a refund directly from us, a dispute / chargeback is filed with your financial institution, we will submit the evidence as required. Where the case is ruled in our favour, you will no longer be eligible for refund from us IN ANY CASE. Hence it is recommended to always request a refund directly to us for ensuring you get the refund.
  • Any other refund requests will be accepted / rejected at the discretion of team OEG.
  • Refunds, if accepted, will take 10-15 working days to appear on your statement.

Shipping Policy

  • The books will be shipped to the shipping address that is provided by you while placing the order.
  • Once the order is placed, the books are shipped in 1-2 days and handed over to the delivery partner (DTDC, Fedex, Shreemaruthi etc)
  • In rare cases of stock outage, it may take a longer time to ship the books and hand over to the delivery partner.
  • Books will be shipped to any address around the globe. If after placing an order, it is established that it is not possible to ship the books to your address, then as per your choice, (1) We will happily offer a full refund / (2) We will transfer the payment to another OEG product of your choice 
  • Shipping all over India is free.
  • Shipping outside India is charged extra. Exact shipping charges will be clearly shown to you on the checkout page before making the payment.

General Terms

  • OEG reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to breach of these Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or services.
  • Violation of OEG Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards may get your account disabled permanently.
  • Users who have violated our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards and had their account disabled may contact our Customer Support team for more information surrounding the violation and status of the account.
  • Users have the option to enable account Security features to protect their account from any unauthorized usage.
  • Users must be able to verify their account ownership through Customer Support by providing materials that prove ownership of that account.
  • OEG may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, OEG will make a new copy of the terms of service available on this page.
